Cautious Cat

Whenever the terrace door gets opened, two of our cats can’t wait to get out into the garden. But not Rani. She usually sits just there, on the threshold. Sometimes she goes out for a while, sometimes she doesn’t. Today she stayed indoors.

This morning I did some gardening (in sunshine) and took the big planters with the oleanders inside the carport, where they will be wrapped up for winter. But the sun soon disappeared behind dark clouds, so I started to clear my desk and tackle the daunting list of administration and paperwork.
