By the side of the pond...

Another day, another reflection but this time it is "my" little pond down the road.  The only leaves left on the trees are the oak leaves which mostly stay on throughout the winter, rattling in the winds.  It is one of the sounds of November.  That and the plop, plop of acorns in the water.  Heavy rain is predicted for today and flood warnings have been issued along rivers and streams.  A good day to stay in.
