I'd just run by the street cleaner but otherwise the High Street was quiet

One of my team messaged me in, what I thought, was a passive aggressive way. It bothered me more than it should have and I'd like to find a better way to deal with it.

It has been a challenging week at work and a number of colleagues have been subjected to disgusting behaviour from the public following news coverage of one of our Council meetings and a subsequent altercation between one of the Cllrs and the family of another. You couldn't write it.
