Gingerbread!

In preparation for next week when 4yo ‘s class will be reading ‘The gingerbread man’ we made some gingerbread together while 7yo did some homework about the war!  However once cooked our gingerbread was hard enough to break a tooth!   Not sure what went wrong.  It was awful to roll out too .  Kept cracking up! 

Rollerskating this morning and packed lunch there for all of us.  I have discovered peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwiches are delicious!
