Once someone's pride and joy.

A greyish day and we didnt feel it was worth travelling far so walked to the end of our street and up alongside the marsh. It's a bit scruffy in places but good to be away from a built up area in less than 5 minutes.

 There was a strong wind blowing from  behind as we walked along side the water so on the way back we cut back through the trees and wandered down the narrow strip of shrub land which was  very sheltered . Still plenty of Autumn colour  which brightened a grey day.

I came across this motorcycle several months back  and it amused me that someone had stood it up . It's still here, rusty but still standing.

Back home and decided to pack up some no longer needed clothes for the Charity shop . I filled 3 boxes with coats and other good but unwanted items. Mostly bought too big .. or too small. Theres still a lot I could get rid of. Nowadays I only wear casual clothes for walking. The days of dressing up for fancy nights out seem to have passed.

Packed enough to fill the car.
