To Dundee!

Away back at Christmas 2019, before the great plague, I’d received a voucher (as did K) to make beer with those Innis & Gunn people at their brewery taproom in Dundee. A beer making experience, it was called. And now it finally happened! Yes, we boiled water. We mashed and sparged. We measured out hops. We indulged in tastings and played shuffleboard like students. And eventually we were ferried back to Embra on the 17:22 train. 
As for the beer we made, P&K will swing past in a few weeks to pick up our five litre kegs. Flat cloudy beer photo opportunity incoming!
