Slowed by the cold

Once the sun got out, so did a few bees. They are lethargic due to the colder temperatures but it’s not cold enough yet to have them all retreating to the hive.

There were a few honeybees and bumblebees on the basil and I caught this guy having a good time in one of the Confederate Roses.

I’ve spent my morning inside but with afternoon sunshine I’m going to be bundled up but outside
