Just a Mum

The main "highlight" of the day was the weekly shop. Somehow this became a marathon and I spent twice as much as usual (though admittedly I spent almost nothing last week as I was aiming to get the stock levels down in the fridge/freezer). 

Somehow a bunch of carnations and a poinsetta also found their way into the basket, which meant a rearrangement of the plants in my living room was required.  I managed to knock a flowering stem off the chrysanthemum I bought a few weeks ago, so that went into a bud vase on the kitchen windowsill to become my subject to today's Flower Friday Challenge
