The four of us walked around the nature reserve today, going on a bear hunt. Josh got distracted by climbing a tree, beginning to anyway but then he's only five. We didn't find any bears unsurprisingly, so Rose and I started growling and chasing the boys, and then Papa's dog came running along followed by Papa. We finished our walk (see extra) and went back to Papa's for some food.

Later we all popped next door for wine, cheese and sausages in celebration of the neighbours putting their decorations up. But of course I didn't have any wine, so this was my first experience of a group of people getting more noisy/talkative the more they drank... By 9.45pm I was ready to go back next door, empty the dishwasher and have a quiet cup of tea.
