Straight into the sun, and I couldn't see a thing as I did the outward part of my short, fast 30 minute walk this morning. Then off to Nottingham to spend the day with my friend Jan. Her house was very cold today, but the builder was there and the front door had to be open so the cement mixer could plug in. I was saved by her giving me a red fleece throw, destined for the charity shop but it's come home with me!
