More tulip

I planted several of these last year but only one has flowered.

I've been blipping it over the last few days in different conditions and although some of the earlier shots were to me more beautiful something else always seemed to end up here. Courtesy of Blip I have gotten to know this single bloom very intimately.

I reckon this is its last chance to shine for this year, it has more than earned its moment in the sun and it's place in my heart. I'm very fond of it.
