Christmas cake!

Appreciate it's not (quite!) December yet - but a good Christmas cake does need adequate time to mature and absorb any subsequently added alcohol ;-)

... thus our cake is now duly baked, and ready to rest, all prior to any decoration.

Our main problem now is making sure it remains intact (uneaten!) up until Christmas Day.
