on a perfect day

i was invited -to go for a drive - with a friend i’ve not seen - in some time which thrilled me - although i initially hesitated - at accepting due to this - ongoing issue of not feeling well - but then grabbed it - believing it might just - be exactly what my - body is needing - fresh air, different venue - who knows - if nothing else - it’s some company - for a few hours

i didn’t imagine - i’d capture a shot - of a bighorn sheep - simply standing by the roadside - staring at us - while we stared back - but that’s exactly what - happened to make it…
