Kendal

Another beautiful day - crisp, blue skies and lovely.

A trip to Kendal for a much needed haircut.  I parked at Abbot Hall and enjoyed the walk along the River Kent into town.

Good chat with my hairdresser about her childhood.  It was useful if liberating me from a few long-held unnecessary beliefs of mine.  Thanks R.

A spot of Christmas shopping - Kendal was very busy - and then to Low Sizergh Barn for late lunch and then home.
