Empty benches on a balmy day

What started off as a windy day turned into a beautiful late afternoon.
I often have to pinch myself when I go for a walk and realise  that I live here. Of course it's thanks to Coda that I take daily walks (she was running around looking for a stick when I took this photo)
Our maintenance woes continue, I really thought after the last run all would be well. The geyser has burst, luckily no damage done inside, the security gate lock in the guest cottage won't open, hubby''s reclining chair needs a new remote - okay that's three things, hopefully no more.
