From the (Bristol Post 2018)
“Residents want the only public toilets in BS2 reopened to stop people peeing in park

A petition has been launched calling on Bristol City Council to reopen the urinals at a popular Bristol park.

The urinals in Mina Road Park in St Werburgh’s was one of 18 public conveniences across the city which were closed in January.

But Bristol City Council has said there has not been an increase in human waste found in parks since the closure of on street toilets”
