i like laurel’s art - for several reasons - it’s fun, it’s whimsical and - it’s full of kittie-boo’s for - me to enjoy - of course there are other - reasons as well - but those are my top ones

this is actually the front - of a postcard designed - by laurel, found in a little - book which has many - more postcards as well - on the back of each - one she wrote a small - saying to go along - with the picture - for this one it says

there is a magical place within each of us where we can sing and dance and celebrate our own free spirit

i believe that to be true - don’t you? - because sometimes even - if a day is dreary - or i find myself feeling a bit off - i can listen to music - or talk to abba - or whatever the case - and soon i find - i am dancing a - little jig around my house - and even the boo - is sort of leaping - around with me - it’s become a celebration - of life before i recognize it - may that happen to you - may you learn to - dance with joy - dance with a free spirit - so you, too, can have…
