Life through the lens...

Keeping warm.

Another day keeping out of the way of the plumbers.
It did feel cold when we returned at 4pm as they had had doors and windows open all day.
However we soon warmed up after lighting the fire, and opening a bottle of wine!

Quite a busy day for us.
First stop Litecraft in Leeds for a new ceiling light for the bathroom.
What a fabulous showroom, and such lovely helpful staff. Soon chose a light, and then had a look round. ( it was so nice and warm as it was freezing outside)
Saw a standard light which we liked and so may be back later for that.
Then to Dunelm, but unfortunately the road was closed and it was a nightmare trying to find our way,so abandoned that plan and decided to drive back.
Called at The Beulah, Tong Lane, Farnley, Leeds.
Had coffee, and Bacon sandwiches. Mr C said one of the best ever.
Next to a local bathroom showroom, and have ordered a bathroom mirror.
As we were passing one of our walking club friend’s house, we called to say “ Hello”.
A good catchup and a good laugh. Also another coffee.
Then on to my sister’s. A bit late.
Tea and cakes, and more chatting.
Came home just as the plumbers were finishing.
Today’s problem was the old pipe work.
However they sorted it.
Still lots to do!
