A wide open space

Saw three Kaka this evening. Up high in the Pohutukawa. Always partially obscured by branches and leaves, except for when moving too fast for a decent photo.

So my photo is of a singleton Tuturiwhatu on the sand of Martins Bay. I had hoped for some geological pictures, when I saw all the rock formations at the end of the bay. Wrong lens for that.
