Maranta leuconeura

The prayer plant looked a bit lacklustre when we moved up north, through in the last few weeks its had a real resurgence and is looking bright and putting out lots of new leaves. Great looking plant and pretty easy to look after too.

Not been out of the house today as have been waiting in for the gas engineer, and still managed to miss a parcel.  Had a great zoom catch up with a former colleague over lunch and a good natter with the engineer about the future of gas (she was happy that she was going to be able to retire without having to re-train!).  Got some good tips on an area to not buy a house because they have constant problems with their boilers!

Storm Arwen had been blustering a bit around the windows, but not as much as we thought it would.
