Relaxing in the Gloom

A very rainy wet walk today!  All day long..     Thot this looked like rather menacing art in the forest so played with a it a bit.  Sort of a double exposure over the new field in the property next door that we sold to our neighbor.   He must have dragged it behind a tractor to work the soil before planting new green  grass which is now growing in that lovely open spot behind.

Fiona and I had a bit of time in the studio today ..hurrah!     I had visions of cleaning outstuff  but we decided  there are too many treasure to deal with so she is writing and illustrating a book about a girl named Andromida  ( we found a gessoed board book just waiting...) and I ended up doing some printing.   Relaxing.
