Aquamarine/Nanna K's Day

Calm

Gratitude continues!!    It was sunny (not warm) and calm when we got to Galiano and the marina.  Saw no humans…only this Canadian Navy vessel over by Galiano.    This is about 2 PM.  You can see our dock gets no sun this time of year, but the one across the bay does.  He’ll be here tomorrow but we have to pick him up in Montague Harbor since he wrecked his helicopter and himself.   Hope it’s nice…I didn’t used to be such a wimp about boats and weather.  Nor have trouble remembering what to bring.   This time I forgot the tile for the rock for my friend Josie….but it might be too cold for the mortar anyway.   A bit more serious is I forgot the batteries and charger for my camera.   But we have lots of food and coffee and wine and 44% of one camera battery.…..

All looks good….just a lot of branches down and a few things knocked over….….the power had been out but it’s on now…..The tulikivi stove has a roaring fire going…first since February I”ll bet.    It’s definitely peaceful and quiet.

Added the extra of the snow geese in BC on the way....just the phone out the window...guess you'll be getting more iPhone pics this week.
