Peony

This is the other red peony I have, a more open variety....and a beauty.  However, after all the rain yesterday they are washed out, flopped down, blemished and damaged.  There are still some coming on, so hopefully the weather won't interfere.
Because of the above, I've gone for one that really has passed on, so much so that I'm (tongue in cheek) going to tag it for Derelict Sunday !!

No rain today, but mainly overcast and no warmth.  I've used the day sorting and editing 2007 photos of Ella. Two years in three days but I can't keep that up.  The garden beckons again.

Our planned two day roadie for tomorrow and Tuesday has been postponed as two of our group have health issues.  We're hoping to reschedule for same time next week, here's hoping.

We had a lengthy Facetime with the Townsville family today, and just now a photo of Lexi has been texted through showing off her Christmas earrings which she is going to wear for her last week at school.  Normally she would just wear studs.
