Waiting for Storm Arwen

Waiting for Storm Arwen proved to be a bit of a non event for us here in West Essex, but I do fully appreciate that this was far from the case for many.  We are grateful that we experienced no more than high winds and some rain.
In other news: such is the concern over the most recently identified Covid-19 variation, omicron, That the UK Prime Minister addressed the nation at 5pm today  There are now 10 countries on the UK red list and face masks are set to become mandatory once  again in shops and on public transport.  Happy days.
