We had another Keep Kineton Beautiful session this morning, cutting back the hedges and grass verge on one of the approaches to the village. Three strimmer batteries exhausted and several wheelbarrow loads of cuttings found a new home. Gill is sweeping up the results of my strimmering,  Wendy clearing the road. David has reached the billhook stage with some of the brambles.

Very little litter - which is a bonus :-)

We did get a few odd looks - think the high vis jackets perhaps gave some drivers the impression we had committed minor crimes and this was our penance.
