Just messin'

I had lots of indoor things to do today, which was fortuitous given the freezing temperature outside, so there was no chance for an outside blip. But while cooking supper (leeks, aubergine, potatoes) I wondered if a slice of leek, sitting on a purple tin that's destined for the charity shop, could be made a bit more interesting. So that's today's blip - a kaleidoscopic leek slice. A less complex version would make a great quilt design! 
I like the mono version too, but wanted colour for the main pic.
