Orchid ......

...... was deep red??
This was given to me 3 years ago , very wee & deep red in colour. I re potted it & gradually the 1 leaf became 2 & then 3, the roots grew & grew & now it's flowered but in this delicate shade of pink? ( any one have a suggestion why?)
It's been a bright but cold day ,0%c rising to 4%c by mid day. However now it's 1%c (9.30 pm) .
KJD came this morning for some Christmas arrangements to be confirmed. It was great to have a cuppa with her too.
" A" came at 1.15pm we had lunch , he then looked at a tube that had gone in the kitchen ,remove same went & got a new one & replaced , nowvthe light shine' th again!. Do hope you"ve all had a warm ,safe pleasant Thurday folks.

Thoughtful ..... about the amount of things still to do before the 25th!!
