Two Trees

I spent all morning and some of the afternoon sorting through more stuff; I am making progress!

Today's picture is of two trees growing side-by-side; a bit of a nothing picture. However,  both were planted at the same time, one on the left is a plum, the other is a cobnut. The contrast between them is obvious, the plum has shed all its leaves while the nut tree is still fully clothed.

The temperature at GMT today in my home village was seven degrees Celsius. Some sunshine during the morning, but it was overcast and getting windy during the afternoon. The rain that was supposed to be here this morning is clearly on its way, but it did allow me a little time to complete some outside jobs too.
