Instead of going to bed. E decided my make-up brushes needed cleaning and set about the task.  I'm ashamed to say the white brushes were brown with foundation and eye shadow.  I was so pleased with the outcome. I said that task could be her Christmas present to me.   I don't know how long they will stay clean although I've not really been using make-up for the past two years; no point when wearing a mask.
