The sambuca insurance shot

It is important to take a record before the sambuca shots are lit and consumed, to better plan for the skin grafts. 

Christmas dinner mini-party (3 x 2) at Mrs Raheny's boss last night. A lot of good food, good conversation, good wine, mojitos and the final shot of sambuca to help digestion. Mrs Raheny was a model of restraint and near-sobriety (compared to last summer's barbecue anyway). 
Somehow she got palpitation during the night. Which is strange, and seems to put in doubt the digestive properties of the Italian liqueur...
