Littering

Not far away from civilisation (our village) we came to this littering. No idea why people do this. It was on the side of a cul-de-sac, where cars are not allowed, so normally cars don't drive there.
The vegetal box in the middle had a sticker from a company in the region, so the litterer(s) must have known about the local rules and possibilities. After all, it is very easy to dispose of waste, often free of charge.
