Nuthatch

Another day of entertaining. The Mate went home this morning and The B-I-L arrived this afternoon.

I had fancied going for a little wander but the weather was damp and cold. A trip out for a nice latte appealed more so we went down to Cocklakes Farm Shop.

While I'd been making lunch a pair of nuthatches were in this part of the garden. This year we have put up an extra bird feeding station which has made a huge difference to the amount of birds we see from the kitchen window!

The rest of my over-cooked crème brûlée went down OK again today!
