Mince Pies

Okay, they may not be the most glamorous mince pies in the world, but I made them and they taste fabulous. 

We managed a ‘big shop’ at the supermarket this morning - so we have enough to feed ourselves for the next week. 

Apart from some laundry we have not done a lot else today. Not even managed to get out for a walk as it has been persisting down all day :-(
