But not my waistline. Long day. emergency measures on the Blip front. at work in London. back to Leatherhead for 1830. Went to B&Q  to try to find a new bin - no luck. Then to Sainsbury for various essentials. Was seduced by this pack of Pain aux raisin which I dont need. But confess I have enjoyed one after dinner. I am now heading for bed and a read before sleep.
