Buckstone Snab

This view caught my eye when I was on my way home, mainly because of the patches of snow on the southern slopes, which shows you just how cold it has been. Thankfully I didn't have to take offspring to football training, so I was able to stop and snap, rather than hurry home.

Buckstone Snab is part of the Braid Hills, one of several hills within easy reach from my home. It doesn't look very high here. However I live, for the UK, quite high up and the top shown here is over 200m, 680ft, ASL.
