Christmas lights

We went to Deep Run in the afternoon to put the Christmas tree, with the new solar lights on it, on Kent’s parents’ grave and to take “Santa Claus” gifts to Kent’s sister and nephew.

While there we changed out the flag on Roger’s flag pole and brought the old one home to burn. Roger was totally with it today so we had a great visit with him and were able to help out some.

It was dark when we finally headed home and so it was lovely to see the Christmas lights people had out. Once back in Castle Hayne we drove by to see a few displays that are particularly nice before going home.
