Very Local Wine

Today my Dad would have been 101 years old, which, of course, is possible, but strange to think of it. He died in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, in 1997. Here is my brother's Blip of him last year, if you'd like to see a photo (sorry, forgot his journal is protected).

Read about a well traveled American photographer (over 100 countries) who has been confined to an English seaside town since the pandemic, absolutely inspiring, here is his story, do look at his photos, especially the Image of the Day, where he explains each one, and be encouraged that you don't need to travel to Blip! And here is the Guardian article.

Gratefuls:
- another beautifully sunny and warm day
- Mike linking up the water tank (though frustrated that the promised forklift didn't arrive)
- taking a fresh loaf of bread and some marmalade to Netty's; they are waiting to see if they're going to NY or not... awful uncertainty with the airline he works for

(The wine is Terra Lenta Premium, from Carmim in Reguengos.)
