Didn't manage to capture the fieldfare feeding on the crab apples - the first we've seen this winter - but these Michaelmas daisy seed heads were sparkling in the low sunshine so I swapped to the macro lens. Maybe I'll be able to capture the goldfinches feeding on these one day?!!
