Long-tailed blur tit

I was overjoyed to see a couple of long-tailed tits in the garden. Unfortunately, I was about to head out the door to meet a friend so it was very much grab the camera, shoot, and hope for the best. The lens focussed on the wire of the outside light, but still caught the bird in the back. So, this is my lot.

It was super to catch up with L and enjoy a fine blether and some tasty lunch at Sweet Carolina.

Good news on the Covid front, family-wise – both Fred and Scott have negative PCR results. Fred is feeling much better today. Phew!
