A sea of Poinsettias for Flower Friday 

Knowing that we couldn’t speak to the hospital until 2pm, headed out this morning to a garden centre in Bath to finish my Christmas shopping, to the post office at Corston to post the last of my cards and parcels, and on the way home delivered a few local Christmas cards. Felt much colder today at 9 degrees, and still grey skies but not quite so gloomy. This afternoon put up a few decorations around the house.

Thank you for all your good wishes for dad. Hospital keeping him in for further tests/observations until at least Sunday or Monday. Due to COVID, he is only allowed one pre-booked visitor for one hour each day, the same visitor each time, so only mum will be able to visit. We were advised not to visit today, but have a slot booked for tomorrow.
