Too good for the press?

Our local agricultural machinery vendor/rental has a number of locations, where he keeps his stock. One of these is more like a junkyard.
But what about this white Audi? What does it do between tractors and the like? The car is outside, not taken care of at all. So why keep it there and not pay the 100 quid (sorry, euro) to dispose it properly? Perhaps this is a case for the environmental police. If we would have one ....
