Whisky Marmelade

If I’d known how long this marmelade would take to make, perhaps I’d have been less keen! However, I doubled the quantity so providing it sets, I have have enough to give to all the Food Rescue Hub volunteers, as well as a few friends & family.

Tony arrived back safely from skiing in Val Thorens…phew… he was dropped from the coach at 5.15am at Chafford Hundred (on the M25 East of London). Highly convenient, not. But Reggie is now back with us too
