Feeling more like Christmas

As I’ve finally carved out time to watch some holiday films. Watched The Holiday whilst I was doing the ironing and Love Actually whilst I was cooking a rib roast for dinner.

Extra of Phin relaxing this morning, boxes in readiness for packing up the kitchen and the snowman made by my son many years ago.

Mr PHL took Miss PHL off to a couple of shops to look for a bed for her new flat. No bed frames in stock but she does have a mattress so it’s a start!

Phone call with our son to discuss a change to our Christmas plans as our son’s girlfriend’s parents have now both tested positive after a flight home from Florida last weekend so they won’t be joining us on the big day. Carol feels like she’s got a bad cold whilst Ian has no
symptoms. Hopefully they will recover soon.
We’re still planning to head to Dundee on Christmas Eve but that’s dependant on us all testing negative with LFTs.

Busy few days ahead so heading to bed shortly. Hope you’ve all had time to relax over the weekend.
