Appointments this afternoon so we returned home this morning.

A grey day, and little time for photography. I took this image of a silver birch catkin-to-be as I was putting things into the car. It could be a bit sharper, but I like the reflection of our caravan lodge in the water droplet.

There are formative hazel and birch catkins everywhere, a promise of the next Spring.,
