Quiz Night

Our team came a very respectable second equal in the Zoom camera club quiz last night. Mind you there were only three teams.

We did pretty well on shipping forecast areas (mainly because two team members had set a similar question a few years back when they were quiz meisters and they remembered a lot of the answers) but not so well on the Christmas and flags sections. There was also a section on macro photo images. I came up with some very impressive answers, unfortunately they were mostly wrong ones. I think the images were micro more than macro. We all guessed 'carpet' for one image which was actually pages of a book. I tried to recreate something similar for a Tiny Tuesday blip but couldn't get the magnification we saw last night which threw us.

We popped down to the chemist to get our repeat prescriptions but otherwise it has been a very quiet day.
