Solar battery storage

We had fitted today batteries to store electricity generated by our solar panels. Given that these are the shortest days of the year and the weather often does not include much sunlight, we will not realise the full potential for a few weeks, at least. However, in the last week 45% of what we generated was exported back to the grid so in future that will be stored and used by us.
A cold, grey day dominated by Christmas preparations, progressing the latest UPP folio and the last Tai Chi class before Christmas and possibly until the new year.
