Christmas cake done

And if it looks like a carrot and walnut cake thats because it is one.
We dont bother much with christmas cake these days too much hassle to make and there is only me who eats it but we all like carrot and walnut cake and seeing we wont be having visitors because of covid we might as well have what we like.

Been busy baking most of day. Not made mince pies yet though thats for tomorrow. I couldnt get any trifle sponges so i made my own. Just some plain buns. Hope it works!!!
