Cookies

This is the result of my baking day.
They are the favourites of my family.
Damnonii asked for the recipe of Renfrebar's Nordic spice flowers
Ingredients:
100 g butter or margarine
65 g of sugar
125 g of syrup
250 g flour
1/2 level tsp ground ginger
1/2 level tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch of allspice
1 level teaspoon baking powder
jam
Rum glaze
candid fruits (i use chocolate sprinkles)

Preparation:
Stir the fat until creamy, add sugar and syrup and stir in.
Mix the flour with the spices and the baking powder and process with the syrup mixture, spoon by spoon.
Chill the dough for 1 - 2 hours.
Roll out A on a floured board 3 - 4 mm thick and cut out equal parts round cookies about 5 - 6 cm in diameter and flower-shaped cookies with a slightly smaller diameter.
Bake both types on a greased and floured tray.
Let the biscuits cool down a little, put the jam together, cover with the glaze and put on the cut fruit as a decoration.

Per tray 8 - 12 minutes at 180 - 195 degrees C.
