Done!

I took an online knitting class from "Craftsy" and learned how to do the brioche stitch. I made several inches of both the one color and two color scarves, but did not want to finish either, as for me, scarves are really boring to knit. I knit enough to learn how to do the pattern, then I ripped them out. I found this brioche beret pattern that was designed by the same woman that did the class, so I tried it.
I like making things in the round, and I knew I had enough yarn on hand. It has an unusual braided trim that looks nice but is totally non-stretchy and will not fit on my head, and I have a small head.
So I may rip back some of it and put on a ribbing instead, and if that doesn't work...I'll take it apart too!
