Christmas Eve

This morning Normous drove us up to the village where Judith and I grew up, for old times’ sake. Judith has such an incredible memory, it was fun being with her as she shared her recollections. From there we went to our favourite Thai restaurant for our Christmas Eve lunch. We started with a shared platter, then chose our own main dish. I had a prawn Massaman . The restaurant had a pretty Christmas tree, and had adorned these antlers with baubles.
Later we watched the Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols from Kings and sang along with the carols that we knew. A wonderful Christmas tradition.
